Momentum advises the shareholders of RRS and THG on the sale to Fink Gebäudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG (Köberl Group/Gimv Portfolio Company)

The shareholders of Rohrreinigungs – Service RRS GmbH (“RRS”), THG Abwassertechnik GmbH (“THG”) and Rohrreinigungs – Service RRS GmbH & Co. Betriebs-Kommanditgesellschaft (“RRS KG”) have sold and transferred all shares in the three companies to Fink Gebäudetechnik GmbH & Co. KG (“Fink”), a portfolio company of Gimv.

RRS and THG have been providing pipe and drain cleaning, as well as sewer rehabilitation services mainly for private households, municipalities and industrial companies. Both companies are among the longest-serving companies in this segment in the greater Munich area and focus on service, reliability and quality through constantly expanding know-how as well as state-of-the-art technology.

Fink is part of the Köberl Group, which has been a portfolio company of Gimv since 2020. Gimv is a Belgian investment company and manages around 1.5 billion euros of private equity and venture capital invested in approximately 60 portfolio companies.

Köberl Group has already continuously expanded its range of services since 2020 through the acquisition of 089 Immobilienmanagement GmbH, KRIOTEC Kälte- und Klimatechnik GmbH and KRIOTEC Gewerbekälte GmbH. Through the acquisition of RRS and THG, the Köberl Group is now further optimizing its range of services in the field of technical, infrastructural and commercial building management. The managing shareholder Andreas Stauber, will remain with the companies RRS and THG and take a stake in the group.
