Little more than a year after its successful launch in Munich, Momentum is delighted to expand with a new office in Frankfurt/Main.

The Munich office has laid a strong foundation with its remarkable deal flow and notable projects. Now it’s time for the next step: Frankfurt/Main.

Frankfurt/Main was chosen for its strategic location in the heart of Germany and Europe. A centuries-old hub for people, goods and capital, the FrankfurtRhineMain region boasts Germany’s largest airport, an international presence and a position as one of Europe’s most important financial and business centers. In the age of digitalization, Frankfurt/Main is also home to the largest Internet hub in the northern hemisphere.

In addition, Frankfurt/Main is home to many international and national commercial law firms and is the city with the highest density of lawyers. As such, it offers Momentum a large pool of young talent. And as a boutique, Momentum offers these young talents an excellent platform for personal development through hands-on involvement in complex mandates and various perks such as international secondments.

The Frankfurt/Main office will be established by the venture capital and tech M&A team led by Philipp Weber, which is known for its strong reputation and remarkable deal flow. Together, Momentum will offer a full range of advisory services in this new location, including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate law and tax.
