Momentum advises the Danish Nordens A/S Group on the acquisition of a residential complex in Berlin-Reinickendorf

Momentum advised Nordens Immobilien Berlin GmbH, a German subsidiary of the Danish Nordens A/S (“Nordens“) on the acquisition of a residential complex in Berlin-Reinickendorf from Ziegler Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.

The asset is an apartment building in Berlin-Reinickendorf with 126 residential units and a plot size of over 7,500 m². The total living space exceeds 5,500 m². The property is located in the north-west of Berlin, close to the district Berlin-Mitte and its part Wedding. The quiet district of Reinickendorf is home to modern housing estates such as the Märkisches Viertel and small historic villages such as Wittenau.
