Momentum provided legal advice to Family Trust Investor FTI GmbH on entering into a partnership with Tischlerei Maik Othmer on the drafting of the contractual documentation. Tischlerei Maik Othmer, based in Sarstedt (Lower Saxony), is one of the leading installation companies for windows, front doors and sun protection with around 80 employees in the greater Hannover / Hildesheim area. With a focus on the B2C renovation market the company has grown strongly in recent years. FTI will support the company on its further growth path.
