To strengthen our team at our Munich and Frankfurt am Main office, we are looking for a Senior Associate with at least 2 years of professional experience who shares our passion for providing excellent advice in the areas of M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Corporate.

Your Profile

Outstanding legal qualifications (ideally two honors-level state exams)
At least 2 years of professional experience in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Corporate
Excellent English language skills
Precise, solution-oriented, and business-focused working style
Entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
Team spirit and strong communication skills
