Momentum advises VEDA GmbH, one of the leading providers of software solutions for digital HR management, on the acquisition of blink.it GmbH.
Frankfurt am Main, January 13, 2025: The transactions boutique Momentum has advised VEDA GmbH in its Buy-and-Build strategy initiated in 2024 on the acquisition of blink.it GmbH, a provider of a simple and convenient Learning Management System for e-learning and blended learning. This included comprehensive support in legal due diligence, contract drafting, and negotiations.
