You will have the opportunity to advise national and international investors, companies, and start-ups on exciting M&A and venture capital (tech) transactions. From day one, you will have direct client contact and take on responsibilities. You will collaborate with other departments to explore future topics in the field of technology and digitalization, working towards finding pragmatic and customized solutions for complex legal problems.

You possess the willingness to learn and specialize in the field of venture capital and tech M&A. Your above-average exam results and commercial understanding set you apart. Ideally, you have some professional experience, but we also welcome qualified career starters. You have a precise legal approach and entrepreneurial thinking. Your personality is characterized by high social competence, the ability to work in a team, and personal initiative. Additionally, you have an excellent command of written and spoken English, preferably acquired abroad.

In the area of Corporate / M&A / Venture Capital, we are looking for lawyers (m/f/d) for the Munich location, who have at least 4 years of professional experience and would like to work with us to provide entrepreneurial, proactive and pragmatic advice.

If you join us as a Senior Associate or as Counsel, you will be firmly integrated into the transactional work from day one and will be given responsibility commensurate with your experience. We work in agile and efficient teams. One of the partners is always available as your contact and mentor.
