Momentum advises Cloudflight on merger with mogree

Cloudflight GmbH, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, has joined forces with the Linz-based IT service and consulting company mobile agreements GmbH (“mogree”), a specialist for digital end-to-end solutions.

Dr. Matthias Heilmeier, who had already advised Cloudflight on the acquisition of Cognostics and macio in November 2021 and on the acquisition of Divante in December 2021, again provided legal advice to Cloudflight in this cross-border 4th add-on transaction together with lead colleague, attorney Elke Napokoj, and her team from bpv Hügel (Austria).

The transaction increases Cloudflight’s headcount to now around 1,000 employees and strengthens its market-leading position in the DACH region, particularly in the areas of digitalization, UX design, mobile app development and AI-powered solutions. With award-winning design solutions, technological and strategic digital consulting, and a highly trained machine learning team, Cloudflight can now support its customers even more comprehensively in their digital transformation.
