Momentum advises the shareholders of LANSOL Datacenter GmbH on the sale to myLoc managed IT AG (WIIT Group)
The shareholders of LANSOL Datacenter GmbH (“LANSOL“) and myLoc managed IT AG have signed a binding agreement on the acquisition of 100 % of the share capital of LANSOL on September 2nd, 2022.
LANSOL is active in private cloud and PAAS (Platform as a Service) through its subsidiary LANSOL GmbH. The LANSOL Group is the leading provider in Germany for the tax and accounting industry with over 600 active customers. The LANSOL Group was founded by the entrepreneur Thomas Krug and has been continually developed after the investment of BE Beteiligungen Fonds in 2019.
myLoc managed IT AG is a German subsidiary of the listed WIIT S.p.A. (Milan), one of the leading European players in the enterprise cloud computing services market, focused on providing continuous hybrid cloud and hosted private cloud services for critical applications.
Momentum provided comprehensive legal M&A and transaction tax legal advice to the shareholders, led by Dr. Daniel Wied.
With the transaction, myLoc managed IT AG and WIIT S.p.A. will further their strategic position in Germany and strengthen the consolidation of the German market and the development of specific competencies of the WIIT Group through LANSOL’s business model based on recurring high value-added revenues and premium platform services.
