Momentum advises on launch of combine Transaction
Momentum advised combine Consulting GmbH (“combine Consulting”) on its expansion to include transaction consulting with the city companies of the combine Transaction Group into its services (“combine Transaction”).
Combine Transaction’s aim is to satisfy the existing need for holistic consulting on the real estate transaction market, i.e. the holistic understanding of the user’s needs and derivating space or office property requirements when acquiring or renting real estate, and to set new accents on the German real estate consulting market. The concept addresses stakeholders, tenants, project developers as well as investors and portfolio holders. On January 1, 2023 combine Transaction therefore started its operational activities via local city companies in Munich, Hamburg and Berlin. The management of combine Transaction, Konstantin von Barcsay-Amant (Munich, Berlin), Michael Böttcher (Hamburg) and Stefan Marburg (Hamburg, Berlin), who are well-known in the industry, have known each other for a long time due to their former activities for Colliers International and AssetRE, among others.
