Philipp Weber is an experienced transaction lawyer and provides comprehensive advice to financial investors, corporates, growth companies and entrepreneurs on M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions as well as on all Corporate law issues. He has a particular focus on growth companies, software, technology, DeepTech as well as FinTech and PropTech.
Philipp was admitted to the German bar in 2010 and has worked for international law firms such as Hogan Lovells and CMS as well as in the legal department of Commerzbank AG. As an equity partner with a medium-sized German law firm, he successfully built up the venture capital and private equity practice group.
In addition to his legal practice, Philipp is an active member of the venture capital and start-up community in Germany and a mentor for spin-offs and financing of innovations at universities and start-up initiatives.
