Marvin Aideyan advises national and international clients on private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions. He also focuses on advising on issues of corporate governance, executive and shareholder liability, and structural measures – often in a cross-border context.

Before joining Momentum, Marvin worked as a lawyer for a major international law firm and, prior to that, as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at a leading German commercial law firm and an international chemical company.

Marvin studied law at the University of Mannheim.
