Andra Tech Group makes second add-on acquisition in Germany

Momentum provided comprehensive legal advice to Castik Capital Funds-backed Andra Tech Group on the add-on acquisition of Innotec Zerspanungstechnik GmbH.
Sinsheim-based INNOTEC Zerspanungstechnik GmbH is a successful mid-sized company specializing in the production of precision turned and milled parts and the assembly of medium-sized and large components.
The Dutch Andra Tech Group specializes in producing high-quality precision mechanical parts and modules. The over 800 technical professionals employed by Andra Tech Group serve customers in various industries, including semicon, packaging, food, mobility, medical and aerospace. The group is known for its knowledge and expertise in processing (exotic) metals and plastics.
With the acquisition of Innotec Zerspanungstechnik GmbH, Andra Tech Group is further expanding its footprint with a second acquisition in the German market (following the acquisition of Mayer Feintechnik GmbH in 2022) and continuing its successful organic growth path as leading international specialist in precision mechanics.
