Schneider GmbH becomes part of the HomeServe Group

Momentum provided comprehensive legal advice to Schneider Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH on the sale of Schneider GmbH to HomeServe Handwerksdienstleistung Deutschland GmbH, part of the Homeserve PLC Group (WKN: A14VF0).

Over the past 27 years, Schneider GmbH has developed into a leading provider of integrated photovoltaic systems and heating solutions such as heat pumps and pellet heating systems for private homes and commercial properties as well as solar parks in northern Bavaria.

The HomeServe Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, pursues a market position as a leading supra-regional provider for the sanitary, heating, air-conditioning and electrical sector in the form of strategic partnerships with locally strong craftsmen’s businesses.

The merger is intended to enable the owner-managed Schneider GmbH, whose Managing Director Gerald Schneider will remain with the company, to secure its future development in the field of photovoltaic systems and integrated energy systems as well as sustainable growth in the Bavarian region.
