Momentum has advised VEDA Group, a leading provider of software solutions for digital HR management, on the acquisition of LOHNunion GmbH
Frankfurt am Main, February 02, 2026: Momentum, the transaction boutique, has advised the VEDA Group as part of its buy-and-build strategy on the acquisition of LOHNunion GmbH, a provider of payroll services, in the areas of legal due diligence, contract drafting, and contract negotiation.
With this acquisition, the VEDA Group is underlining its commitment to providing comprehensive support to companies throughout the entire employee life cycle and setting new standards, particularly in the area of payroll services. At the same time, VEDA is responding to the clear market trend of more and more companies outsourcing the increasingly complex and time-consuming task of payroll accounting.
