Momentum advised Family Trust Investor FTI GmbH on the acquisition of S+P Sonnenschutztechnik
Hamburg/Munich, February 18, 2026: Momentum Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB provided legal advice to family trust investor FTI GmbH in connection with the acquisition of S + P Sonnenschutztechnik e. K. (“S+P”) by S+P Sonnenschutztechnik GmbH.
With this transaction, S+P becomes part of the Fenergetis Group. The company is a leading full-service specialist for intelligent external and internal sun protection in the greater Hamburg area and has extensive technical planning expertise as well as highly specialized installation and service capabilities. With a team of around 25 employees, including specialized industrial climbers for work on challenging exterior facades, S+P serves a wide range of customers from the real estate industry, facility management, and other commercial and private customers.
The transaction was structured as an asset deal and includes the complete takeover of operational activities. At the same time, it enables a regulated family succession solution for founder Thorsten Schulz to Florian Schulz, who has been with the company for many years. Family Trust sees considerable potential for value enhancement, particularly in the further expansion of the high-margin service and maintenance business and through cooperation with other Fenergetis group companies.
Momentum once again provided Family Trust Investor FTI GmbH with comprehensive advice on all corporate and transaction law issues relating to the structuring and implementation of the acquisition.
