Freiburg / Karlsruhe / Munich, February 19, 2026: Momentum Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholders of Stay Informed GmbH (Stay Informed), a leading provider of digital communication solutions for daycare centers, after-school care centers, and childcare facilities, in connection with the sale to Little Bird Holding GmbH.
Parallel to the acquisition of Stay Informed, Little Bird Holding GmbH has acquired other companies in the field of digital daycare software. Together with Stay Informed, these companies form the Little Bird Group, which aims to establish a leading digital platform for early childhood education and care in the DACH region. Together, the companies of the Little Bird Group employ more than 100 people and offer a comprehensive, integrated software portfolio that supports over 35,000 institutions with digital solutions for administrative, communication, and documentation processes in the field of early childhood education.
Momentum provided Stay Informed with comprehensive advice on the structuring and implementation of the transaction, in particular on corporate law, tax, transaction law, and investor-related issues.
