Lawyer / Associate (m/f/d), Munich

In the area of Corporate / M&A / Venture Capital, we are looking for lawyers (m/f/d) for the Munich location, who have at least 4 years of professional experience and would like to work with us to provide entrepreneurial, proactive and pragmatic advice.

If you join us as a Senior Associate or as Counsel, you will be firmly integrated into the transactional work from day one and will be given responsibility commensurate with your experience. We work in agile and efficient teams. One of the partners is always available as your contact and mentor.

That is why you will have direct client contact from the very beginning and will be both encouraged and challenged.In addition to above-average examinations and very good English skills, we are particularly looking for people who are personally on our wavelength, think economically and see themselves as genuine team players. A doctorate and/or an LL.M. degree are an advantage, but not mandatory.
