Momentum advises sole shareholder on sale of CASCATE GmbH to BCT Technology AG
München / Stuttgart 27. November 2025: The sole shareholder of CASCATE GmbH has successfully sold all shares in the company to BCT Technology AG.
Momentum Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB provided comprehensive corporate law advice to the shareholder of CASCATE GmbH in this matter. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
CASCATE GmbH, based in Stuttgart, is an established specialist in simulation-based applications in the fields of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), multiphysics simulations and Siemens software solutions. The company has many years of expertise in the development of intelligent simulation applications and is a certified Siemens Solution Partner and Smart Expert Partner.
The acquisition by BCT Technology AG, based in Willstätt, Baden, creates a strategically strong alliance between two proven software experts in the Siemens ecosystem. With this acquisition, BCT is expanding its portfolio in the field of digital product development and strengthening its position as a leading provider of automated, simulation-based engineering solutions.
