Momentum advises Executive Equity Partners on the acquisition of NOTHS
Munich/London, 28 January 2026: Momentum provided legal advice to the management of Executive Equity Partners (EEP), the independent Munich-based private equity boutique for investments in transformative situations, in connection with EEP’s acquisition of shares in the British company Notonthehighstreet Enterprises Limited (NOTHS). The seller of the stake is Burda Principal Investments (Munich), among others.
The advice focused in particular on corporate and transaction law issues in an international context.
With this acquisition, Executive Equity Partners aims to strategically develop the strong NOTHS brand, optimise operational structures and create a sustainable basis for growth and profitability. In addition to capital, EEP also contributes operational expertise: executives from Executive Interim Partners (EIP) will take on key management functions and become shareholders.
